


Pre-register your group faster with our online form.
The registration cost for Summer in The Son or Junior High Challenge is $230 per person. Registering your group is easy. You can choose to register on line with a creadit card or you can download a regisration form and mail it in with payment. Once the Special Events Department recieves your registration and payment, we can register and house your group. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. The Registration deadline for SITS is May 19th. The deadline for JHC is June 2nd. Register before the deadlines to avoid the $10 late regisration fees.
Don't worry about getting your whole group together before registering. If your group grows in size, and they usually do, just send in a new regisration reflecting your new registrants only, and we will make the adjustments.
Please note! There is no longer a "pre-registration" process. If you have registered groups in the past, you are probably familier with the old pre-registration process. For the 2008 conferences, we have elliminated pre-registration. You simply pay once, as you register.
We are now offering a "family" discount. Sibling groups can register for just $200 per person. Download the form "Application for Family Discount" to read how it works.
After you register your group, make sure your students parents fill out a "Permission/Medical Form For Students". Make sure your adult sponsors fill out a "Medical Release Form For Sponsors" (don't forget your own) and finally, all participants must sign an "Individual code of conduct". Please have these forms filled out upon arrival. Please note that you should have two copies of each medical release form. One is for your records and the other is to be turned in to the Special Events Office upon arrival.
